At Enjoy the Club operated by AppXpert Solutions SL, we want you to have the best nightlife experience, and to do so, we collect and use certain personal data when you use our services:
Use Song Request
Enjoy The Club enhances nightlife experiences by allowing users to engage with the music selection in real time. Our platform enables attendees to express their musical preferences and support song requests, facilitating interaction between guests, admins, and DJs. We do not stream or distribute music; instead, we provide a request management system that helps admins and DJs curate their sets dynamically. Our service operates within platform guidelines, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for all users.
Here, we explain clearly and simply how we do this and how you can manage your privacy.

1. What Information We Collect and Why
We only process your personal data when we have a valid legal basis to do so, as required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. The legal bases include:
- Consent โ When you explicitly agree to receive marketing emails or use optional features.
- Contractual necessity โ To provide the services you request (e.g., managing your account, processing payments).
- Legal compliance โ When required by law, such as for financial record-keeping.
- Legitimate interest โ To improve services, prevent fraud, and maintain security (without overriding your rights and freedoms). Also, we process song request history and usage data to enhance user experience and improve our service. This data is used in two ways:
- Personalization โ We analyze your song request history to provide better recommendations and enhance interactions with DJs.
- Trend Analysis โ We generate anonymous and aggregated reports for venue managers, allowing them to understand general musical trends at their location without linking data to specific individuals.
While data used for venue statistics is fully anonymized, we respect user preferences regarding data processing. Users may contact us at it.support@enjoytheclub.es if they wish to opt out of personalization features based on request history or request exclusion from aggregated trend reports.โ To use Enjoy the Club and access our features, we collect the following information:

- Name and email โ To create your account and send important notifications.
- Phone number โ To facilitate verification and account recovery.
- Date of birth โ To confirm you are of legal age.
- Music preferences โ To improve recommendations and personalize your experience.
- DJs: Additional Profile Information โ DJs can provide a biography, musical genres, links to social media (Instagram, SoundCloud, Spotify, Facebook, TikTok), stage name, and public profile pictures. DJs always have a public profile, but they can control the visibility of certain elements such as ratings, social media links, and contact details (email or phone number). They provide additional data such as biography, musical genres, stage name, and profile pictures.
- Stripe Connect for Payments โ DJs and Administrators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments. All financial and tax-related information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, and Enjoy the Club does not store or access this data.
Enjoy The Club does not process or collect special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, such as data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, or biometric data.
Data We Collect Automatically
- Usage history โ We store information about the songs you request and how you interact with the app. This is also used to generate anonymous reports for venues.
- Indirect location (via QR codes) โ When a user scans a QR code at a venue, we know that a request was made from that venue, but we do not track GPS location. This data is only linked to registered users who have provided consent.
- Analytics and performance data โ We rely on Google Analytics and Firebase for data processing and analytics. These services are provided by Google, which is responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR when transferring data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). ๐ Payment Information
- Secure payments with Stripe โ We use Stripe as our payment processor, meaning we do not store or access your card details. Stripe handles all payment methods, including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link, Revolut Pay, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
๐ Social Media Login Data
If you choose to register using Google ID or Apple ID, we receive your name, email, and profile picture (if applicable). This data is only used for authentication purposes and account personalization.
๐ Communication Platforms
- Email communications โ We may use platforms for mass email distribution, such as Mailchimp or similar services. Users must explicitly consent to receive emails and can unsubscribe at any time through their account settings or via an unsubscribe link in the email.
- Marketing promotions โ Promotional emails will only be sent to users who have explicitly opted in during registration.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to improve your experience and ensure a secure service. Hereโs how:
- โ To enable you to use Enjoy the Club โ We need your data to manage your account, process payments, and allow you to request songs.
- ๐ง To enhance your musical experience โ We analyze your song requests to provide recommendations and improve DJ interaction. This processing is based on legitimate interest to enhance user experience, but users can opt out at any time.
- ๐ To generate statistics and analysis for venues โ We share aggregated and anonymous data about music trends and activity at venues, without including personally identifiable information.
- ๐ To ensure security โ We monitor platform usage to prevent fraud or suspicious activity.
- ๐ข To send you news and promotions โ Only if you give us permission, we will send you emails with offers or events you might be interested in. You can manage your preferences in your account settings.
- ๐ To offer discounts and personalized benefits โ We base our promotions on your activity and frequent platform use.
- ๐ค For DJs: Profile Personalization โ Information such as biography, musical genres, and social media links is displayed publicly to personalize the DJโs profile and allow venues and users to interact with them. DJs can control the visibility of certain profile elements such as ratings, social media links, and contact details.
- ๐ For Administrators: Venue Metrics โ Administrators will have access to venue-specific music trends and statistics, including the most requested songs. DJs will also be able to view statistics about their most requested songs and performance history.
- ๐ DJ Session Reports โ The system generates reports based on DJs' session history, allowing them to analyze trends in song requests and improve their sets.
- ๐ค For future collaborations with third parties โ Currently, we do not have active partnerships with dating, transport, or other external services. If, in the future, we develop collaborations with third parties that involve sharing personal data, we will inform you in advance and your explicit consent will be requested before proceeding with any data exchange.
3. Who We Share Your Information With
Your privacy is important. We do not sell or share your data without reason. We only share information in these cases:
- With service providers โ Companies that assist us with cloud storage, hosting, payments, marketing tools, and analytics (such as Google Analytics and Firebase).
- With Stripe for payments โ We use Stripe Connect to handle payments for DJs and Administrators. Enjoy the Club does not store or process financial or tax-related data. For more information, see Stripeโs privacy policy: Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Payment Processing for DJs and Administrators โ Each DJ and Administrator has their own separate wallet where earnings are automatically accumulated based on song requests. Administrators can view the total revenue generated by song requests and the amount allocated to them, but they do not have access to DJs' full payment history.
- Fee Transparency โ DJs can view a breakdown of commissions charged by the platform for each transaction.
- Payment Notifications โ Enjoy the Club does not send notifications to DJs or Administrators when payments are successfully processed.
- Administrator Access to DJs' Information โ Administrators can view DJ profiles, including their biography, musical genres, and public information before confirming collaboration. DJs can also access administrator contact details if their plan allows it.
- Ratings and Reviews โ Administrators can leave reviews for DJs who have performed at their venue. Similarly, DJs can rate venues based on their experience.
- With business partners โ If we collaborate with external platforms, we will share data only with user consent.
- For legal reasons โ If required by law enforcement or authorities.
4. Data Retention and Security
- Personal Data Deletion โ When a user deletes their account, personal data is deleted from Firebase, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp, except where legal retention is required. Backup copies may persist temporarily in automated storage systems before full deletion. The retention policies of these third parties vary, and users can review them at:

- Account data โ Stored until the user deletes their account.
- Transaction records โ Retained for 5 years in compliance with financial regulations.
- Security logs โ Retained for 6 months, as required under cybersecurity best practices.
- Data Retention for DJs and Administrators โ The deletion of data for DJs and Administrators follows the same rules as regular users. However, past event data may still be visible to administrators after a DJ deletes their account.
- Retention of Financial and Security Data โ Transaction records, logs of security activity, and access records are retained for legal and security reasons in compliance with GDPR.
- Security Measures for Payment Verification โ Stripe Connect handles identity verification and fraud prevention. Enjoy the Club does not process or store verification data.
- Inactive Accounts โ If an account remains inactive for more than 2 years, we may delete personal data associated with it unless required by law to retain it for a longer period. Users will be notified before deletion.
- International Data Transfers โ We may store or process your data in data centers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). To ensure compliance with GDPR, we rely on the following safeguards:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Our providers, including Google (Firebase, Analytics) and Stripe, adhere to SCCs approved by the European Commission.
- Additional Technical and Organizational Measures: Encryption of personal data and strict access controls are implemented to enhance security.

Some of our employees or partners may access personal data from outside the EEA. In such cases, we ensure that they comply with GDPR through appropriate safeguards, including data access controls and confidentiality agreements.
- Security Breach Response โ A security breach is defined as any unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of stored personal data.
We implement security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Data encryption for stored and transmitted data.
- Access controls to limit access to personal data only to authorized personnel.
- Regular security audits to detect and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Fraud Prevention โ Users who have not been verified through Stripe Connect will not be able to receive payments. This ensures that only authenticated DJs and Administrators are compensated for their work.
- Incident response protocols to handle security breaches efficiently.
Security Incident Notification
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will take the following actions:
- Notify the Data Protection Authority within 72 hours, if required by law.
- If the breach poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you directly via email or app notification, explaining:
- What happened and what data was affected.
- What actions we have taken to mitigate risks.
- What steps you should take to protect yourself (e.g., change passwords, enable 2FA).
5. Minors and Unauthorized Use
๐ถ You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you access as a guest (without an account), you can request songs and make payments without age verification.
- If a minor creates an account by falsely claiming to be 18 or older, we are not responsible for misrepresentation.
- If a parent/guardian believes a minor has made unauthorized payments or registered falsely, they may contact it.support@enjoytheclub.es to evaluate the case and determine what actions can be taken.
If you believe that we have collected personal data from a minor without parental consent, please contact us at it.support@enjoytheclub.es so we can delete the information.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to improve our services. Essential cookies are required for the functioning of the platform and are processed based on legitimate interest. For analytical and marketing cookies, we obtain your explicit consent before storing them in your device.
Users can reject non-essential cookies (such as analytics and marketing cookies) and still access Enjoy The Club without limitations. However, certain features may not work optimally without cookies.
7. Future Use of Support Tools
Currently, Enjoy the Club does not use external support or chatbot services. However, in the future, we may integrate customer support platforms like Zendesk or similar tools to enhance user assistance. If we do, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly, and users will be informed of any changes in data processing related to these tools.
8. Your Rights and Options
Users have the right to:

- Modify or correct data โ Update incorrect or outdated information.
- Delete their account and data โ Request full deletion of personal data.

- Step 2: Include the following details in your message:

- Step 3: Our team will respond within 30 days. If your request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by another 30 days, in which case we will notify you.
- Step 4: If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Espaรฑola de Protecciรณn de Datos (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve confirming your email, phone number, or providing additional proof of identity.

9. Changes to This Policy
If we update our privacy policy, we will notify users via an in-app message or email (for those who have consented to receive communications). Users will have a 3-month transition period to review and accept the changes. If they do not agree with the changes, they may request account deletion or contact our support team for clarification before the new policy takes effect.
