Do my guests need to download an app?+
No. They scan the QR and join in from the browser.
What if I don't want requests that derail my set?+
You set up a closed menu. Guests can only choose within your style.
Can I manually approve every request?+
Yes. Every request goes through you before it plays.
Does it work with and without a DJ?+
Both. Without a DJ, the music lead or you handle it directly.
Do photos on screen need consent?+
The user consents on upload + you moderate before showing.
What happens if I reject a paid request?+
It's automatically refunded right away.
Does it work indoors with poor signal?+
Yes. It works on the venue's WiFi or the user's mobile data.
How long does it take to activate?+
