Does it work with thousands of people connected at once?+
Yes. The infrastructure scales. We designed the system for high-concurrency environments from the start.
What if the venue WiFi is bad?+
The app works on mobile data. It doesn't depend on the festival's network. Each attendee uses their own connection.
Can it be customized with the festival's branding?+
Yes. Colors, logo and event name on all screens and throughout the user experience.
Do the artists have to do anything special?+
Nothing. Their crew accesses messages from the app. The artist decides whether to use them or not. Zero technical friction for the artistic team.
Who moderates the content shown on screen?+
The festival team, from the admin app. Everything goes through approval before appearing on screen. Full control at all times.
